Proposed Site Number 2

The second site can be found within the courtyard of a beautiful building that serves as the teachers' college. In front of the historic building, young teachers-to-be plant a garden. A few steps away is a pristine basketball court which is surrounded by the prettiest chain linked fence I've ever seen. As you continue onto a newly paved path, you pause, abruptly, and encounter our artwork site- a derelict building with chocolate brown window openings and accented with bright colored graffiti of words like pimp and toilet. Luisa is drawn to this site. It's calling her - begging to be beautiful. No doubt she can grant this building its wish.
